Laminating Machinery

MaNiTek offers solutions for laminating sheet products such as plywood. With our equipment, sheets can be laminated with phenolic and melamine films. The width of the laminated material can vary according to the customer's needs.

The operation of our laminating equipment is fully automated; the operator only needs to change the laminating film roll when it's empty. Our equipment also includes automatic lateral position correction. If the position of the laminating film is off-center compared to the plywood sheet, the machine detects the situation and adjusts the position of the laminating film roll automatically. The more precisely the laminating film is placed on the plywood sheet, the less waste is generated in production.
